<Grilled dish> Tsugaru-grilled silver cod with butterbur miso

<Washi pot> Shabu-shabu of seasonal fish delivered directly from Nagahama Market

<Fried food> Deep-fried green smelt, vegetable tempura

<Rice> Nigiri sushi (3 pieces)

<Soup dish> Mixed miso

<Dessert> Strawberry milk crepe, seasonal iced fruit

*You can also change the five kinds of sashimi and Wagyu beef steak to "whole seasonal fish sashimi."
