The mountains are fertile and delicious, and this parfait is full of chestnuts, with Mineoka tofu made with deliciously simmered chestnuts in their skins, Japanese chestnut ice cream, and Mont Blanc cream made using the Kurikindan method.The dish is colorfully decorated with domestic sweet potatoes simmered in honey and seasonal fruits.
